Developed by the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI), this toolkit aims to educate refugees and immigrants on how to adopt good habits that will help prevent nutrition-related diseases.
The GRO project works to connect refugee and immigrant populations with urban gardening to provide access to healthy and familiar foods, build community, and establish a traditional setting for family elders to reconnect with their youth and pass on their agrarian knowledge.
